Mt Pleasant Community Forum to discuss effects of earthquake
Please see the attached notice advising you of the Community Assn. AGM and Forum which will be held on April 11 to discuss the impacts of the quake on Mt Pleasant and its residents. This will be an open forum to find out how we have fared as a community and to establish if there are any on-going needs that should be dealt with. Your elected members have been invited to hear your concerns.

Mt Pleasant Recovery Assistance Centre at Mt Pleasant Yacht Club is now closed.
Mt Pleasant Pop Up Farmers Market
One of the good things to come out of the earthquake has been the establishment of the Pop Up Farmers Market at the Centre car park. There is an opportunity each week for a community based, not-for-profit group to run a fundraising sausage sizzle. There is a catch – only good quality sausages must be sold. If your group would like to run a sausage sizzle contact Tom Davies 384 4390 or 027 600 7779.
