Nia Dance

Nia is a fusion of dance, martial and healings arts. Choreographed movements, led by an experienced teacher, let the participant discover the freedom of moving in their own bodies way. A complete work out that requires no prior experience.

Over the 10 week term, we will flow through the 5 elements of yoga. We will begin slowly and steadily, before building sequences with more heat and flow–  our aim is to sustain this grounded yet fluid energy that resides in all of us.
