With a range of classes we have something for everyone. Learn Yoga, Dance or the Ukulele!

Gymstick
9am - 10am

Gymstick is a resistant training class with a fiberglass rod and two stretchy bands.   It's a fun way to improve strength, balance and stability.

Mat Pilates for Runners

Pilates for runners is a mat class designed for runners (and also non runners!) focusing on balance, flexibility and strengthening of legs, core, and glutes.

Fly High Yoga

11.15am - 12.15pm

A fusion of Pilates and Yoga. Core strength - using props and having fun. Relaxation at the end of class. Coffee and catch up in Cafe. All welcome.

AKDA - Acrobatics 
4.15 - 5pm

An acro class for ages 5-9, all abilities welcomed. Warm up then work on all acrobatics movements like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, limbering and flips. Using safe equipment used and the kids learn correct technique.

Meets in community centre carpark. Walks cover a wide range of areas, providing hill and flat options.  A medium level of fitness is required.

For ages 5-9,all abilities welcomed. Warm up then working on all things rhythm and technique, we always finish the lesson with a choreographed dance. Expect fun,  technique, musicality and building confidence.
