Architecture Talk - Wednesday 23rd Sept 7.30pm
What is architecture? What is Passive House?
These questions and the potential for conflict are considered by proponent for Passive House and architect graduate, Mark Brokenshire.
Mark became interested in the energy efficient characteristics of Passive House during his relatively recent Master of Architecture degree. Without realising the true comfort that Passive House design could provide he embarked on a build here on Mt Pleasant in 2018 and now would not live in anything less.
Hear more about this conflict and an opinion of what 21st Century houses should provide their owners in terms of comfort, health and energy efficiency.
